Objectives
The DG RELEX website has its own multimedia section that provides journalists and the general public with sound bites, videos, and other multimedia material. DG Relex wanted to specifically present its catalogue dedicated to Human Rights video production. This material is available from two different sources:
- The DG RELEX Website
- The EC Audiovisual Service
The issue is that most of the targeted professionals are not aware that they can access this source of information and use it for their own business. Emakina was appointed to produce a flash animation that would be displayed as part of promotional actions.
Description
The flash produced by Emakina is an interactive interface presenting various documentatries related to Human Rights and showing short videos filmed on the occasion of International Human Rights day. The catalogue is accessible on the DG Relex Website and through a dedicated RSS feed. A CD-Rom version was produced together with a booklet. Both the flash and the booklet were promoted during the MIPCOM 2008.
